Occassional New York

Writings on Unmerit, 1A legacy of contrast So bruised the sky this day These mystic black arts Shame the heavy hillsWritings on Unmerit, 1
A contradiction of couplets Such papered over prose These broken wooden fences Seen as through a glass, darkly
A bond of bony oaths So alabaster plain These surnamed keg monkeys Learn crystal gray skills
A selectively noble pursuit So desperately human This tragedy of tradition Loyalty is the root of corruption

My Photoblog
i knew about the statue's origins, too...i've seen it in person, actually, and the effect it has is very interesting. there it is, sitting on a rock, quite a ways away from the seawall, sitting all lonely in the bay, nothing else around it...gazing across the water and onto factories. very symbolic of society and all that jazz.
yea i've been wondering what happened to new stuff from you
see you around!
